How to book our Bali photography packages?

I’ve designed my booking process to be as seamless and stress-free as possible. To secure your date, a non-refundable 50% retainer is required. For weddings, the remaining balance is due two weeks before the big day. For family or engagement sessions, the final payment can be made in cash on the day of your shoot.

How many photographers will be there, and how many photos do they produce?

We provide a team of at least two professional photographers. Between our team members, we typically capture a minimum of 1,000 raw photos during the course of the day. From this extensive library, we carefully curate and hand-edit the very best images to create your final gallery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via Wise (highly recommended for the best rates), Bank Transfer, or Cash. Once you have confirmed your booking, I will send a detailed invoice with all the payment instructions included.

When is the best time to book my session?

To secure your date, earlier is always better! Most couples book their weddings a year in advance, while engagement and pre-wedding sessions can often be scheduled three months out. Because dates fill up quickly, I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind—I’d love to be the one to capture your story!

What do I receive?

All of my packages include high-resolution, professionally edited digital images delivered via a private online gallery. While Wedding Albums are not included in the base packages, they are available as a beautiful optional add-on! I offer premium, custom-designed albums to help you preserve your Bali memories in print.

Who is responsible for paying entrance fees or location permits?

Generally, the client is responsible for any entrance fees, parking, or site permits required for the shoot. This fees varies from IDR 50.000 – 1.000.000 (USD $5 – $70), depend on the location. The fee will paid directly in the location at the ticket box.

What happens if it rains during our session?

Bali has a wet season during the month of November to February. However even in the wet monsoon, in this tropical paradise, it is still likely it will be sunny for a good part of the day. I always encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way, as it’s beautiful and unique in photos. If it’s just light rain we will wait until the rain stop. If it is harsh enough that it would make for a bad time at our shoot of course we will reschedule based on my availability. I can also be creative with the rains! My gear is water-sealed, and so am I, I am happy to shoot in the rain and it won’t affect how many photos you receive. I pretty much have it covered, the rest is up to you!

How will we receive the photos? Can we upload/share them?

The length of time you receive your photos depends on the duration of your session. Once completed, your collection of images will become available in your personal gallery and will include a mixture of color and black and white images.

4-6 Hours Session: Delivery in within 3 Weeks.
